RHI Magnesita India Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 6%

RHI Magnesita India Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 10.14 billion for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, registering a 6% year-on-year increase.

Operating EBITDA rose 42% YoY to Rs 1.47 billion, while the operating EBITDA margin improved by 3.7 percentage points to 14.5%. Profit after tax increased 83% YoY to Rs 0.65 billion.

The company's shipment volumes stood at 122 KT during the quarter, while its net cash-to-EBITDA ratio was 0.27x.

Parmod Sagar, Chairman, RHI Magnesita India, said the company delivered healthy growth in revenue and profitability despite pricing pressures, cost inflation and competitive intensity. He attributed the performance to the company's differentiated 4PRO business model, customer partnerships and solution-led approach.

The quarter also marked a leadership transition, with Pankaj Malhan taking charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, while Sagar continues as Chairman.

Malhan said the performance reflected the company's execution capabilities amid global and domestic challenges. He added that RHI Magnesita India will focus on strengthening execution and leveraging its 4PRO model to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
