Shree KB Group Leases 75% of KB Mart in Greater Noida

Shree KB Group has leased over 75 per cent of its commercial project, KB Mart, in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, to domestic and international brands.

Spread across approximately 2,90,000 sq ft, the mixed-use development integrates high-street retail, a food court and studio apartments. The company expects to generate around Rs 20 crore in revenue through leasing.

Located opposite the India Expo Centre & Mart, the project benefits from strong connectivity via the Aqua Line Metro and proximity to major educational institutions, with a catchment of over two lakh students.

Developed over 2.3 acres with a four-side open layout, KB Mart has already operationalised more than 50 stores, with additional brands expected to commence operations in the coming months. The tenant mix includes anchor brands, fashion retailers, F&B outlets and essential service providers.

Rakesh Singhal, Founder, Shree KB Group, stated that the leasing milestone reflects strong demand for organised retail in Greater Noida and validates the project’s location and planning.

Established in 2005, Shree KB Group has delivered over 5,50,000 sq ft of residential and commercial space worth Rs 8 billion. The group also operates in real estate consulting and has facilitated transactions exceeding 250 acres of land in the NCR region.
