The partners will coordinate with state agencies and industry stakeholders to ensure integration with existing programmes.\n\nUnder the arrangement, the partners will consider establishing demonstration sites and training hubs to build local capability. The initiative is intended to support workforce development through targeted training, certification programmes and hands on exposure for engineers and technicians. Emphasis will be placed on interoperability, standards compliance and scalable deployment models. The initiative will include mechanisms to monitor performance, quality and compliance with technical standards.\n\nOfficials described the collaboration as a measure to fast track technology adoption and to strengthen the domestic supply chain for telecommunications equipment.
