Tesla Opens Experience Centre In Hyderabad

Tesla has expanded its footprint in India with the opening of an Experience Centre in Hyderabad's IT hub, HITEC City, Knowledge City Madhapur. The centre is the company's fifth in the country, joining locations in Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The facility opened to customers on 17 June 2026 and will host vehicle displays and interactive product demonstrations.

Customers can view the new 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive and Model Y L at the centre from 17 June 2026. The automaker has begun deliveries and established after-sales services in the Bollaram Industrial Area to support ownership across Telangana. The Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive is priced at Rs5.089 mn with a down payment of Rs0.6 mn and monthly EMIs starting from Rs39,990, with deliveries due to start in July 2026.

The three-row, six-seat Model Y L is presented as an option for larger families, offering a WLTP range of up to 681 km, zero to 100 km/h acceleration in five seconds and cargo capacity of up to 2,539 litres. The Model Y L is listed at a starting price of Rs6.199 mn, with a down payment of Rs0.65 mn and monthly EMIs from Rs49,990. The company indicated that variants and configurations will be available for inspection at the centre and that bookings can be made through Tesla channels.

The Experience Centre is designed to provide guided walkarounds and immersive product experiences led by Tesla advisers so that customers may learn about the company's design philosophy, electric vehicle technology, safety features and performance capabilities in an interactive environment. The centre will also serve as a local point for customer support and information on charging and ownership. Tesla described the opening as part of its continuing expansion of retail and service infrastructure in India.
