The Hosteller Secures Rs 1.5 bn Series B Funding

The Hosteller has raised Rs 1.5 billion (bn) in a Series B funding round led by PROMAFT Partners. The infusion is intended to support the company's expansion and to strengthen its operating capabilities across India. The company plans to deploy the proceeds towards growing its network, upgrading assets and investing in technology and staff training. The round underscores investor confidence in scalable hospitality formats and is expected to give the firm additional flexibility to pursue measured growth and operational improvements over the next few years.\n\nThe Hosteller operates a network of hostels and targets young, budget-conscious travellers.
