TVS Supply Chain Appoints Vikas Chadha as Global CEO

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced a structured leadership transition plan following the decision of its Managing Director, Ravi Viswanathan, to retire during FY26–27. As part of the plan, the Board of Directors has appointed Vikas Chadha as Global Chief Executive Officer, effective from 22 January 2026, after a comprehensive succession planning process.
During the transition period, Ravi Viswanathan will continue as Managing Director and work closely with Vikas Chadha to ensure leadership continuity and execution of the company’s strategy. The Board intends to complete the leadership transition during FY26–27.
Commenting on the transition, R Dinesh, Chairman, said the planned succession reflects the company’s commitment to continuity and long-term value creation, adding that Chadha brings extensive international experience.
Ravi Viswanathan said he remains fully committed to supporting a smooth and well-coordinated transition. On his appointment, Vikas Chadha said he looks forward to working with the leadership team to drive the next phase of growth, building on the company’s strong global platform and customer partnerships.
Vikas Chadha brings over three decades of leadership experience across multinational organisations and holds an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering along with an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
