Welspun Corp partner company signs Rs 36.70 billion deal with Aramco

Welspun Corp's partner company EPIC, in collaboration with the Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Aramco), has secured contracts totalling Rs 36.70 billion for the supply of steel pipes. The contracts, spanning 19 months, were announced. These agreements are expected to have financial implications from the fourth quarter of FY25 through the final quarter of the fiscal year 2025?2026. EPIC, recognised as the leading producer of helical submerged arc welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia, will undertake the manufacturing and supply of these steel pipes as per the agreements.
