Waaree Energies commissions 27.5 MW solar project

Waaree Energies has commissioned its 27.5 MW DC solar power plant for RohaDyechem in Rajasthan. Sprawling across 125 acre, the project is first-of-its-kind and holds its distinction of being commissioned in a record time of 116 days.This project was allocated to RohaDychem under the Rajasthan Solar Policy 2011 (Phase-I) with a 25 year PPA with Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation. Waaree Energies was engaged by RohaDychem as an end-to-end EPC solutions provider. The project utilises 305 Wp and 310 Wp polycrystalline Solar Panels and 750 kW TMEIC Central Inverter. This is the second largest project commissioned by Waaree Energies Ltd after its 50 MW project for Waaneep Solar during 2015.
