Birla Estates launches T20 2025 campaign with RCB icons

Birla Estates, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate, has unveiled its T20 2025 campaign—Every sq.ft. tells a story—featuring RCB stars Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Krunal Pandya. Elevating its long-standing association with cricket, the company is now a Principal Sponsor of Royal Challengers Bengaluru for the season.

The campaign comprises three digital video assets by McCann, highlighting emotional parallels between Chinnaswamy Stadium and Birla homes—spaces where every square foot holds meaning. From the gravity-defying catches on the field to heartwarming moments at home, the campaign underscores the essence of life’s stories through the hashtag #StoriesPerSqFt.

Anitha Krishnan, Head of Marketing at Birla Estates, said the campaign resonates with homebuyers’ aspirations, aligning cricket’s passion with homeownership pride. The brand’s logo features prominently on RCB jerseys this year.

RCB COO Rajesh Menon welcomed the continued partnership, noting shared values of excellence and innovation. Following 41.3 million impressions in 2024, Birla Estates aims to surpass expectations this season through digital activations and fan engagement.
