K Raheja Corp Launches Reverse Mentoring Programme

K Raheja Corp has launched ‘Reverse Mentoring’, a learning and leadership development initiative designed to encourage cross-generational dialogue and knowledge exchange within the organisation.

The programme aims to create direct engagement between senior leadership and younger employees, enabling leaders to gain insights into emerging workplace trends, technology, AI, communication shifts and evolving customer expectations.

Introduced across K Raheja Corp’s businesses including Mindspace REIT, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall and K Raheja Corp Homes, the initiative positions senior leaders as mentees while mid- and junior-level employees participate as mentors.

According to the company, the programme follows a structured pairing process led by the HR team, aligning participants based on learning interests and shared themes. Each mentor-mentee pair engages in four to six one-on-one sessions over a period of three to four months.

Urvi Aradhya, Group CHRO, K Raheja Corp, said the initiative is intended to bring new-age thinking and candid feedback into leadership conversations while giving younger employees greater access to decision-making perspectives and leadership engagement.

Following the completion of its first cohort, Reverse Mentoring will continue as a long-term learning initiative.

The programme complements K Raheja Corp’s broader employee development framework, which includes leadership and career advancement initiatives such as I-GROW, I-LEAD, Shikhar, Future-Forward, Sheroes and PowHER.
