MASIN to conduct symposium on construction claims, disputes and arbitrations

MASIN, India’s leading construction claims and dispute consultancy is organising India’s biggest and one of its kind symposium on construction claims, disputes and arbitrations. The symposium brings the top experts in the field of contracts and construction law from India and outside. The symposium shall deal with claims and disputes that are typically seen in construction arbitrations. The experts in the symposium shall discuss the solutions, industry best practices and Indian or international construction law. One of the hot topics to be taken up in the symposium is the impact of COVID related claims and disputes, which have been bottlenecks for the construction industry. The experts will also talk about contract clauses which bars extra time or cost claims, unlawful termination and bank guarantee encashment, issues, which have been pain points for the industry. It is a must attend symposium for construction or project professionals and lawyers interested in understanding the construction law domain.
