Toshiba Johnson Elevators secures orders from RMZ

Toshiba Johnson Elevators (India) (TJEI), India’s fastest growing elevator and escalator company, announced winning massive orders to supply 168 elevators at three flagship projects of the celebrated RMZ Corp, one of Asia's largest privately-owned real estate owners, investors, and developers. TJEI will install, maintain, and operate 70 elevators at RMZ Ecoworld 30 in Bengaluru, 63 elevators at Nexity in Hyderabad and 35 elevators at RMZ Spire in Hyderabad.

RMZ Ecoworld 30 is the first development undertaken in RMZ Corp’s joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), a subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan a global real estate developer headquartered in Tokyo.

TJEI will supply its most recent high-end compact machine room ELCOSMO-III-L elevators and machine-room-less SPACEL-III and SPACEL-III-L elevator series that incorporate various energy and time saving technologies. The Elevator Management System (EMS) allows for monitoring and controlling of elevators, the regenerative drive in all the lifts will optimize the power consumption, the roller guides offer low noise and smoother ride quality, and the turnstile integration system in lifts with Destination Control System (DCS) will ensure seamless ingress and shorter dwelling time for the passengers. To create a seamless design and décor experience in a safe and comfortable elevator cabin, TJEI will also offer air purifier in every lift, displays turnstile mounts, integration with RMZ software for touchless car calling system for DCS, and LCD displays with live feed servers for all passenger lifts.

The elevator cabins and entrances will feature the latest and top-end finishes from Toshiba’s line of design. In addition, the elevators will be combined with the “iF DESIGN Gold Award” winning design of hall destination controllers popularly known as Toshiba FLOORNAVI.
