The State of Odisha has forged a strategic partnership with the Global Stainless-Steel Expo 2023 (GSSE) with the aim of positioning Odisha as the global 'Stainless Steel Destination.' This collaboration comes in response to the surging interest from the stainless-steel industry in investing in Odisha. Odisha's remarkable economic growth has propelled it to become the fastest-growing economy in India and the nation's leading producer of stainless steel, contributing over 20 percent of the country's crude steel production capacity.

The partnership with GSSE presents Odisha with a unique opportunity to engage with over 150 stainless steel producers and an impressive contingent of 10,000 distributors, stockists, and industry end-users hailing from 25 states and 30 countries. These stakeholders will converge at this monumental expo.

Mr. Pratap Keshari Deb, the Minister for Industries, MSMEs, and Energy for the Government of Odisha, has consistently advocated for Odisha as the preferred destination for metal and allied industries, highlighting the state's abundant natural resources and conducive business environment. The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation has awarded the first construction-related consultancy contract for the Lucknow Metro East West Corridor to a joint venture of AYESA Ingenieria Arquitectura SAU and AYESA India Pvt Ltd. Interarch Building Solutions Limited reported unaudited results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, recording strong revenue growth driven by execution and a robust order book.
