NIA picks ICAD as MSI consultant

In order to become the first greenfield digital airport in the nation, the future Noida International Airport (NIA) near Jewar has chosen ICAD Holding as its Master System Integrator (MSI) consultant.

According to the DigiYatra strategy of the central government, paperless processing will be implemented at all checkpoints as part of the airport's digital objectives. ICAD will assist the facility with the systems integration design, integration programme management, and integration of ICT and Airport Systems as part of its mandate, according to a statement by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL).

The company, which specialises in the design, installation, integration, and maintenance of ICT systems needed to set up a contemporary, digital airport, will also take the lead in implementing and integrating the primary airport systems.

The development of Noida International Airport is being carried out by YIAPL, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which is a 100% subsidiary of the Swiss developer Zurich Airport International AG.
