Rangsons Aerospace Secures Rs 3 Bn for Expansion and Growth

Rangsons Aerospace has secured an investment from ValueQuest, which will support the company’s expansion and strengthen its ability to meet the increasing demands of the aerospace and defence sectors. The funding aligns with Rangsons Aerospace’s strategic vision to grow its presence in global markets and drive innovation in the aerospace industry.

As part of its long-term objectives, the company aims to capture a significant share of India’s Rs 200 billion fluid-conveyance system market while continuing to develop high-quality solutions for the Ministry of Defence and international clients.

This investment also reflects ValueQuest’s focus on sectors with strong growth potential, including defence, aerospace, and precision engineering. The deal marks Anand Rathi Investment Banking’s fourth transaction in India’s expanding aerospace sector and its second collaboration with ValueQuest.

Rangsons Aerospace operates under the NR Group, which has a diversified portfolio spanning essential oils, fragrances, incense, and electronics. The group is well known for its Cycle Pure Agarbathi brand.
