Community representatives said a direct road would substantially reduce congestion and improve daily convenience for residents and visitors alike.

Residents met the BDA chairperson and the commissioner in November and pressed for a dedicated approach road to the project. A member of the residents forum welcomed the authority's decision and expressed hope that tangible progress would follow. The notification is expected to facilitate safer, more direct access and to reduce travel time for those living in the apartment complex.
