Brigade Group Launches Brigade Stellaris in Chennai

Brigade Group has launched a residential project called Brigade Stellaris in Chennai on a prime five point one nine acre land parcel on Velachery Road owned by the company. The development has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 17,000 mn and is centrally located to link Chennai's Central Business District and the rapid growth IT Corridor of Old Mahabalipuram Road. The site is described as providing seamless connectivity between major employment and commercial hubs.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the launch marks a step in the company's mission to transform the Chennai skyline with residential landmarks that blend high quality construction and visionary architecture.
