Godrej Properties' Godrej Aristocrat in Gurugram exceeds Rs 26 bn in sales

Godrej Properties has achieved significant success by selling inventory exceeding Rs 26 billion in its project, Godrej Aristocrat, situated in Gurugram on Golf Course Extension Road?a well-established residential area equipped with excellent infrastructure. The company has successfully marketed and sold over 600 units within this project.

In an official filing with the stock exchange, the Mumbai-based real estate developer declared this venture as its most triumphant launch to date, surpassing its previous record. The company had previously achieved sales of homes amounting to over ?2,000 crore in its Godrej Tropical Isle project in Noida during the last quarter.
