Governor Shukla examines Takoli NH four-laning

Shiv Pratap Shukla, Governor, announced that he had inspected the progress of the four-laning of the Takoli section from the Pandoh by-pass. The construction of this section is being carried out by the National Highways Authority of India. Additionally, he mentioned that he had visited the control room set up at Jaogi, where NHAI officers had briefed him about the facilities and other advanced controlling systems.

The Governor expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the work. He stated that upon completion of this project, not only would the distance be reduced, but it would also contribute to the growth of tourism activities in the State and boost the economy. He further added that the Atal Tunnel was an exceptional initiative for the State's development. Shukla extended his gratitude to the central government for approving significant road and tunnel projects, which would greatly contribute to the State's progress.
