Govt approves new lines between Bargarh Road and Nuapada in Odisha

The Ministry of Railways had passed the in-principle approval in Odisha for a new railway line project connecting Bargarh Road and Nuapada Road.

Ashwini Vaishnaw, Railway Minister, informed about the approval to the MP of Bargarh, Suresh Pujari, through a letter.

The Minister said that in-principle approval had been granted to Bargarh-Nuapada road new rail line project, and it has been taken up for pre-investment activity by the Railway Ministry.

The new rail line project is 142 km long, with 14 crossing stations between both roads. Pujari sought Vaishnaw for approval for this new connectivity line.
