Indore IDA Seeks Bids for Civil Works Project

Directorate of Town And Country Plannin of Indore Development Authority has invited bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN CARRIAGEWAY OF MASTER PLAN ROADS AT TPS-09.

The tender seeks Civil works- roads worth Rs. 55,67,66,000 crore to be completed in 730 days. As per the tender, the bid validity will be 120 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission period began on June 7, 2023 and will end on July 3, 2023.

The eligibility criteria for bidder shall be under
Experience of having successfully completed similar nature of work as principal contractor for any State Govt., Central Govt, Corporation, Development authorities and other Govt./ semi govt. Organizations, in the same name and capacity in last 5 years below:

A] The bidder has completed one similar work costing equal to 80% of the cost of the work put to the tender
Or
B] The bidder has completed any two similar Civil work costing equal to 60% of the cost of the work put to the tender
Or
C] The bidder has completed any three similar work costing equal to 40% of the cost of the work put to the tender
MInimum average annual turnover of the firm as per the audited balance sheet for the last five financial years [from 2017-18 to 2021-2022] should not be less than Rs 33 crore.
