Innovision Secures Rs 275.21 mn NHAI Toll Collection Contract

Innovision Limited has secured a contract from the National Highways Authority of India for toll collection and facility maintenance at the Kariyamanglam Fee Plaza on the Tindivanam–Krishnagiri highway in Tamil Nadu. The contract is valued at Rs 275.21 million (mn) and was awarded on July 7, 2026, through a competitive e-tender process, the company said. The project is scheduled for completion over a period of one year.

Under the assignment, Innovision will act as the user fee collection agency at the fee plaza and will carry responsibility for daily operations and upkeep of the toll facilities. Duties will include maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and regular replenishment of consumable items to ensure facilities remain operational for highway users. The scope limits the services to collection and facility maintenance for the contract period.

The new order adds a government infrastructure project to Innovision's infrastructure services portfolio and is expected to provide steady revenue visibility during the one year execution window. Such contracts are typically executed over a fixed period and involve recurring operational tasks that support predictable cash flows. Winning the project through a competitive bidding process signals the company's ability to secure public sector assignments in the infrastructure services segment.

The company filing clarified that the contract is a domestic government order and is not a related party transaction, with neither the promoter nor the promoter group having an interest in the awarding authority. The filing put the total contract value at Rs 27,52,09,635, equivalent to Rs 275.21 million (mn), and noted that the work covers toll collection as well as maintenance services for one year. The order is likely to strengthen Innovision's order book and expand its presence in highway operations and facility management, which offer recurring business opportunities through government infrastructure projects.
