Punjab Launches Six Road Projects Worth Rs 21.9M

Punjab Revenue Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian on Friday laid the foundation stones for six road development projects totalling Rs 21.9 million, aimed at enhancing connectivity and strengthening the state’s road infrastructure.
The projects cover Bhamian Khurd to Shankar Colony, Bhamian Road to Tajpur Road, Jail Road, LC Road to Uchi Mangli, Gobindgarh to Uchi Mangli, and GT Road to Approach Road.
Highlighting Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s focus on world class infrastructure, Mundian said the projects will improve accessibility, ensure smoother travel for commuters, and be completed promptly to deliver early benefits.
He added that the initiatives will ease commuting, boost local economic activity, and contribute to the overall development of the Sahnewal constituency.
