Telangana approves fund to upgrade city roads

The Telangana government has approved a fund for the GHMC limits to upgrade city roads.

Anil Kumar, a local leader from the Nampally area, stated that the road from Sarojini main road to Pocham Basti is in poor condition, so a 50 lakh budget was approved, a tender was issued, a contract was awarded, and construction will begin soon. It is extremely fortunate that development work has begun, and local residents are also pleased.

Kumar thanked the Telangana government and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

Mohd Fasalullah Khan, a local resident, said that many people used to fall from their bikes due to the terrible condition of the roads. With the sanction, this route will be made easier for everyone.
