Housing and Urban Development (H&UD) Minister and Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) chairman Krushna Chandra Mahapatra on Friday laid the foundation stone for a major six-lane road project that will link Guru Kelucharan Park with Patia Railway Station.
