Ashiana Housing has launched Phase 3 of Ashiana Vatsalya, its active senior living project in Chennai. The new phase will add 168 residential units, with an estimated investment of Rs 1.004 billion. Godrej Properties is projected to achieve sales bookings of Rs. 415 bn in FY27, representing 22 per cent growth and exceeding its guidance of Rs. 390 bn.
