Sumadhura Leases 5 Lakh Sq Ft in Bengaluru

Sumadhura Group, a prominent South Indian real estate developer, has leased over five lakh sq ft of prime commercial space at its flagship Sumadhura Capitol Towers in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The space has been taken up by leading global corporates and renowned retail brands, with the annual leasing revenue expected to reach Rs 500 million.

The long-term leases have been signed by key players across sectors such as IT/ITeS, consulting, engineering, and artificial intelligence, reaffirming Capitol Towers’ status as a premium commercial destination in one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing business corridors.

On the retail front, the property has attracted a curated mix of tenants across F&B, wellness, banking, and childcare services, providing a high-street style experience that enhances both convenience and lifestyle for occupants and visitors.

“Bengaluru’s Grade A+ commercial real estate continues to attract strong demand from domestic and global firms,” said Madhusudhan G, Chairman & Managing Director, Sumadhura Group. “Whitefield, in particular, has emerged as a high-growth corridor, fuelled by metro connectivity, robust infrastructure, and growing presence of global capability centres. Capitol Towers, with its strategic location, sustainable design, and tenant-first approach, exemplifies this momentum. At Sumadhura, we remain committed to raising industry standards in design, sustainability, and occupier satisfaction.”

Strategically located at Hope Farm Junction on Whitefield Main Road, just one minute from the Purple Line Metro, Sumadhura Capitol Towers spans 8.67 acres and offers 1.5 million sq. ft of leasable space, including one of the city’s largest floorplates. Designed by Morphogenesis, the Grade A+ commercial development holds a USGBC LEED Gold certification, underlining its sustainability credentials.

The project’s integrated architecture, environmentally conscious features, and lifestyle-enhancing amenities have positioned it as a preferred address for corporations and retail brands alike.
