Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited Begins First Overseas Dispatch

Goodluck Defence, a subsidiary of Goodluck India Limited, has commenced its first overseas dispatch of 155 mm heavy calibre empty shells from a manufacturing plant in Uttar Pradesh. Internal and regulatory clearances for acceptance and execution of the export order were obtained prior to dispatch. Each milestone was pursued sequentially to build operational credibility.\n\nThe export dispatch reinforces Goodluck Defence's capabilities in precision manufacturing and its growing presence as a supplier to international defence programmes. Goodluck India Limited operates six state of the art manufacturing plants across Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat with a total capacity of 500,000 MTPA, including 285,000 MTPA of high margin, value added products. The group serves over 600 customers globally and exports to more than 100 countries, reflecting an established global footprint. The company attributed the achievement to sustained focus on operational excellence and timely execution.\n\nThe subsidiary's defence plant has an annual capacity of 150,000 shells and is being expanded to 400,000 shells per annum to meet export and domestic demand. Goodluck India Limited employs over 4,000 professionals and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification.
