Lucknow Budget Prioritises Waste Management And Roads

The document frames the budget as prioritising basic civic services and long term urban resilience with an emphasis on sustainability and inclusive access for all residents. Officials signalled an intent to strengthen waste collection networks, increase mechanised support and modernise transfer stations to reduce health risks and improve cleanliness.
