TVS Industrial and Logistics Park to develop ind. space

20 million square feet of industrial space will be built by TVS Industrial and Logistics Park, which provides industrial warehouse space, by 2027.

According to sources, Ramnath Subramaniam, CEO of TVS ILP, the advancement will aid in its emergence as a billion-dollar platform. By the end of CY2023, it would have finished building an additional 3 million square feet.

The CEO stated that the company, which already has a presence in 11 cities and manages 7 million square feet of warehouse space, is aiming to expand to 30 locations, including Tier 1 cities and cities outside of metro areas.

The fact that Tier-1 and urban areas have generally been the focus of storage indicates the enormous market potential. "We are working on an exhaustive 30-city ambition since we don't want to limit ourselves to the metros or the Tier 1 cities."
