Gokul Group builds Rs 6.5 bn housing project in Ahmedabad

Gokul Group, which is an Ahmedabad-based conglomerate with interests in edible oil refining and power generation, has forayed into the realty sector by launching a residential land project called ‘Swa'. Apart from the staggering Rs 500 crore spent for land acquisition, the developers have invested Rs 150 crore in developing the project, thereby taking the total investment to Rs 650 crore.
