Advait Energy and MEIL Partner for Energy Transition Projects

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL) and Manipal Energy Infratech Limited (MEIL), a company of The Manipal Group, have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on power and energy transition opportunities across India and international markets.

The partnership aims to combine AETL’s expertise in innovative energy technologies and manufacturing with MEIL’s EPC execution capabilities and project management experience. The collaboration will focus on opportunities across Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen, electrolysers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) Conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) and advanced EPC solutions.

The alliance is aimed at delivering integrated and sustainable infrastructure solutions to support the evolving energy sector. Both organisations will work together to pursue larger and more integrated projects by leveraging their complementary capabilities.

Commenting on the collaboration, Shalin Sheth, Founder & Managing Director, Advait Energy Transitions Limited, said, “India's power and energy sectors are evolving rapidly, creating opportunities that increasingly require multidisciplinary expertise and strong execution capabilities. This collaboration brings together complementary strengths that will enable both organisations to pursue larger and more integrated opportunities across power infrastructure and clean energy.”

Under the agreement, AETL will support MEIL in identifying and executing opportunities in emerging areas such as BESS, Green Hydrogen, electrolysers, fuel cells and Solar EPC. MEIL will support AETL in strengthening its technical qualifications, business presence and execution capabilities across underground cabling, substations, and transmission and distribution infrastructure.

The companies will jointly evaluate suitable opportunities and define project-specific scopes of work. The collaboration is expected to enhance qualification credentials, improve delivery capabilities and enable participation in larger domestic and international projects across power transmission, renewable energy, energy storage and emerging energy transition sectors.
