Advait Energy Wins Rs 1.34 Billion MPPTCL Order

Advait Energy Transitions (AETL) has secured a Rs 1.34 billion turnkey contract from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Co. Ltd. (MPPTCL) for the design, manufacturing and supply of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) for 400kV, 220kV and 132kV EHV transmission lines.

The order, received against Tender No. TR-23/2025 on August 25, 2026, will be executed over 18 months. The contract value, inclusive of taxes, covers the complete ERS along with the required accessories.

Emergency Restoration Systems are used to restore transmission infrastructure following disruptions, helping maintain continuity across high-voltage electricity networks. The multi-voltage scope will enable MPPTCL to deploy the systems across different levels of its transmission network.

Under the contract, Advait will be responsible for the design, manufacturing and supply of the complete systems. The domestic order has a strong manufacturing focus and adds to the company’s portfolio of strategic power transmission products.

Shalin Sheth, Founder and Managing Director, Advait Energy Transitions Limited, said the order would allow the company to deploy its design and manufacturing capabilities across 400kV, 220kV and 132kV networks, with a focus on execution, product quality and timely delivery.

The contract strengthens Advait’s participation in India’s EHV transmission infrastructure and expands its role in supplying specialised restoration equipment for grid preparedness and reliability.
