Bhopal issues tender for solar projects

Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has invited bids on an annuity payment basis for the design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, and commissioning of 21 MW (210.5 MW) of solar power projects in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. The successful bidder will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the project for the next 25 years. The BMC plans to set up two solar power projects to generate power for captive use at various pumping stations throughout the district. Bids must be submitted by September 8, 2022 and will be opened the next day.

Jyoti Structures expands manufacturing capacity in Nashik

The announcement Jyoti Structures (JSL) reported steady operational performance in 2025, supported by stable project execution across its power transmission portfolio. The company commissioned galvanisation operations at its second Nashik manufacturing unit, adding 33,000 MT of annual capacity. Mumbai inaugurated India’s first musical path on the Coastal Road that plays the song Jai Ho for motorists.
