NHPC Ltd has given a Letter of Award to PNC Infratech Ltd to set up a 300 MW ISTS (Inter State Transmission System) connected Solar Power Plant with 150 MW/600 MWh Energy Storage Systems (ESS).NHPC had a organized a Tariff Based Competitive Bidding process wherein PNC, as one of the bidders, managed to secure the contract. TREDA Announces Plan to Build Solar Rooftops Across State

The Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency (TREDA) has announced its plans to produce 70 MW of power by attaching solar panels to rooftops of government buildings across the state.
