Inox Wind sells Rs 1.75 billion stake in subsidiary

Noida, 19 August 2025 – Inox Wind Limited (IWL), one of India’s leading wind energy solutions providers, has announced the sale of shares worth around Rs 1.75 billion in its engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) subsidiary, Inox Renewable Solutions Ltd. (IRSL), formerly Resco Global Wind Services Pvt. Ltd. The transaction values IRSL at approximately Rs 74 billion.
The valuation reflects the post-merger structure of IRSL, following the demerger of the substation business from Inox Green Energy and its subsequent merger into IRSL, which recently received ‘no objection’ clearance from the stock exchanges.
The move highlights Inox Wind’s strategy to unlock value in its subsidiaries while strengthening investor confidence in the company’s renewable energy growth plans.
