ITCONS E-SOLUTIONS Limited has secured a contract from South Western Railway, Indian Railways, Ministry of Railways to provide 153 resources for a period of two years commencing 21 August 2026 and expiring 21 August 2028. The total contract value is Rs 136.80808 million (mn) inclusive of all taxes and duties. The award represents a significant operational win for the company and underlines continued engagement with central government agencies. The contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity and covers manpower outsourcing services to support railway operations in the South Western Railway zone. Details have been furnished in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements and the SEBI master circular dated 11 November 2024. The arrangement is not a related party transaction and neither the promoter nor the promoter group holds any interest in the awarding entity. The period of execution is stated as two years and the parties retain the option to extend the term by mutual agreement. The company will deploy 153 personnel under the terms set out in the agreement and will commence mobilisation on the contract start date. The contract sum converts to Rs 136.80808 mn and will be accounted for as per applicable accounting and tax provisions, inclusive of all duties. Management described the contract as a validation of the company's service capabilities and an affirmation of confidence from government stakeholders. Operational readiness and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations will be prioritised during the tenure. The disclosure was signed and submitted to the stock exchange by the company secretary and compliance officer as required for listed entities.
