Eligible applicants must have had an average annual turnover of at least Rs 67 crore in the last three financial years. The net worth is expected to be greater than 100% of their paid-up share capital as of the previous financial years’ last date. Applicants who have executed industrial projects as a developer or engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) projects worth Rs 67 crore in the last 10 years are also eligible to apply for enlistment.

Prospective bidders must also have experience undertaking at least 40 MW of similar balance of system solar projects previously. Of these projects, at least one must have been 10 MW or above in size and must have been operating successfully for at least the last six months. Alternatively, they must have experience developing solar projects of the same specifications.
