Om Power Receives Rs. 821.74 mn Turnkey Order from Paschim Gujarat Vij

Om Power Transmission (Om Power) has received a Letter of Acceptance from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company for a turnkey contract to convert the existing 11 kV HT and LT line network, including consumer service lines, into an underground cable network with a Ring Main System at Kaliabid Subdivision (Part-2) of Bhavnagar Circle. The contract price is Rs. 821.74 mn including GST, equivalent to Rs. 821,740,528. The company said the award follows submissions under the applicable tender process. The letter of acceptance was received on July nine, 2026 and has been lodged with the stock exchanges in compliance with listing obligations.

The agreement specifies an execution period of 18 months following a commencement period of 45 days from receipt of the notice of award. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is not a related party transaction. Promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.

The scope covers turnkey conversion of 11 kV HT line and LT line networks and associated consumer service lines to an underground configuration with a Ring Main System as set out in the letter of acceptance. Om Power will perform the work in accordance with the contract terms and applicable regulatory requirements. The company has uploaded the information on its website www.ompowertransmission.com and filed the intimation with the stock exchanges.

The company noted that the contract value, when stated in rupees, corresponds to Rupees 821,740,528 and to Rs. 821.74 mn after conversion from crore to million. The award adds to the firm order book and will be carried out within the stipulated contractual timeline. The company secretary and compliance officer authorised the filing under the listing regulations on July nine, 2026. Annexure-A detailing the required information under regulation 30 accompanies the filing.
