Servotech & EMCOR Partner for 1000 EV Charging Stations

In a significant development aimed at enhancing India's electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, Servotech Power Systems Ltd., a prominent NSE-listed EV charger manufacturer, and EMCOR Power Solutions, a key player in advanced EV charging solutions and battery technology, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to revolutionize EV charging infrastructure in the country.

EMCOR Power Solutions, the Indian startup of EMCOR International, a well-known Kuwait-based trading company with a strong focus on the Oil and Gas sector and ministerial departments, will provide Servotech Power Systems with 1000 Charge Point Operator (CPO) sites across India under the terms of this MOU. These sites will serve as the foundation for the installation of EV chargers, with Servotech Power Systems taking on the role of the manufacturer and installer of 30kW, 60kW, and even higher capacity DC fast EV chargers, strategically placed across India to meet the varying power needs of different locations. The project will be carried out in phases, beginning with the installation of 100 DC fast EV chargers in South India, followed by further expansion nationwide. This partnership represents a significant step toward efficient and comprehensive EV charging infrastructure in India.
