Shakti Pumps Expands Solar Footprint in Uttar Pradesh with Dealer Meet

Shakti Pumps (India) organised a large dealer meet in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, on 10 March 2026 as part of its solar awareness initiative aimed at expanding solar irrigation and energy-efficient solutions in the state. The event was attended by more than 200 dealers and business partners, highlighting the company’s efforts to strengthen its distribution network and promote renewable energy adoption in agriculture.

During the event, P C Jain & Sons LLP was appointed as an authorised channel partner for the region. A formal Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for the new showroom was also conducted. According to the company, the appointment will enhance supply chain efficiency, improve spare parts availability and ensure prompt service support across Kanpur and neighbouring areas.

The event featured an exhibition of the company’s key product portfolio, including solar water pumps, submersible pumps, piping solutions, drip irrigation systems, EV motors and controllers, as well as solar rooftop products. Dealers received detailed insights into the technical features of these products, their energy-saving capabilities and the economic advantages they offer to farmers and other customers.

Chairman Dinesh Patidar said, “Customers are our top priority. Our dealer network is not merely a network of dealers but our true partners. We are committed to working together with our partners to deliver excellent service to customers. Our objective is not just to sell products, but to build trust and long-term relationships.”

Managing Director Ramesh Patidar highlighted the rising demand for solar-based solutions and emphasised the importance of a strong distribution ecosystem to support energy self-reliance in rural and semi-urban areas.

Chief Marketing Officer Ankit Patidar added that the company aims to empower farmers across the country through solar pumping solutions while strengthening its dealer network and continuing to invest in innovation and new technologies.

With more than 40 years of experience, a presence in over 125 countries and over 250,000 solar pump installations, Shakti Pumps continues to focus on advancing clean energy solutions for agriculture while supporting farmers with reliable and sustainable technologies.
