Punjab offers countless opportunities for those wishing to own property. 3. Gillco Heights by Gillco Developers & Builders Pvt Ltd in Chandigarh comprises two towers of G+10 floors having total 160 apartments (2/3 BHK) with amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym etc. The project will complete by May 2011.

The commercial real estate sector in Punjab is formalised and the market is growing both quantitatively and qualitatively.
