BSEB sign power agreements with NTPC, KRIBHCO

Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) has signed two agreements with the NTPC and Krishak Bharati Cooperative (KRIBHCO) for setting up two thermal power plants at Nabinager in Aurangabad and Chausa in Buxar districts. The two power plants would generate 1,320 MW each. There would be joint collaboration of BSEB with NTPC for Nabinagar plant, and KRIBHCO would be entering the power sector with its first thermal power plant at Chausa.
