BF-NTPC Energy Systems Ltd (BFNESL), a joint venture between Bharat Forge Ltd and NTPC Ltd, has begun work on its manufacturing plant at Solapur in Maharashtra. The new plant is expected to become operational by mid-2012 and involves an investment of Rs 300-350 crore. Centre Disburses Over Rs 24,610 mn in XV Finance Commission Grants
