Kolkata-based Ashiana Housing and a group company of Arihant Foundations in Chennai have partnered to launch a residential project for senior citizens.The 20-acre project Ashiana Shubham being promoted by Ashiana and Escapade Real Estate, a part of Arihant Foundations, will come up as part of an ongoing 45-acre township project Villa Viviana at Maraimalai Nagar off GST Road. Intially over 280 apartments will be promoted.
