JCB India inaugurates Indimo facility in Navi Mumbai

JCB India Limited has inaugurated its new dealership Indimo JCB in Navi Mumbai, which covers an area of over 14,000 sq ft.

The company told the media that this new dealership would provide jobs to about 100 people and manage the sales, service, and parts business for JCB’s range of machines and products in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Raigad, Thane and Palghar.

CEO and Managing Director of JCB India, Deepak Shetty, said that the company focuses on creating infrastructure in India, and customers using JCB machines are a part of the development. With this new dealership, the customers in Mumbai and adjoining areas will get further access to a world-class customer experience.

About 30% of the workforce at the dealership will be women in the company. The headquarters of Indimo Tech is in Navi Mumbai, so the dealership will have outlets in Ghatkopar, Virar, Boisar and Panvel. It will also have outlets in Vadkhal, Mangaon, Shahpur and Bhiwandi and offer 24×7 customer support.

The dealership will have a Livelink command Centre using JCB’s advanced Telematics technology to enable real-time updates about the service, operations, and security of the product.

Shetty said that Mumbai is a crucial market to tap into and engage with the customers. The Indimo Group, with its strong product support background, will ensure that customers are never far away from professional product support.

The dealership has a four-bay workshop at Kopar Khairane and two more coming up at Panvel and Virar. With the new airport coming up at Panvel, JCB can support machines of customers engaged in the development of the project.
