Raimondi to Debut TRT 55US at CONEXPO

"Raimondi Group will present the TRT 55US rough terrain crane at CONEXPO 2026, marking the first product debut under its newly established Raimondi North America operations hub.

Developed by Terex Rough Terrain, now part of the Raimondi portfolio, the 55-tonne model has been engineered specifically to meet North American operational, regulatory and environmental requirements.

Designed for North American Applications

The TRT 55US features a compact transport-friendly design, an additional jib configuration and a redesigned operator environment aimed at improving efficiency and precision. It offers a 55t lifting capacity and a maximum jib length of 122.7 ft, supported by three telescoping boom modes, including the Proportional Telescoping Boom mode designed to simplify operator workflows.

The crane achieves a maximum tip height of 130 ft with the main boom, extendable to 157.5 ft when equipped with a 26.25 ft jib, making it suitable for demanding energy, infrastructure and industrial construction projects.

Advanced Systems and Stability

Key advancements include enhanced off-road mobility, improved load chart performance across the full working radius and upgraded stability through advanced control and monitoring systems. Integrated technologies such as TEOS, T-Link and IdeaLift — which maximises load charts using asymmetric outriggers — further support operational efficiency and jobsite versatility.

Andreas Ernst, President of Raimondi North America, stated that the model reflects focused engineering aligned with North American performance expectations and safety standards. Luigi Maggioni, Group CEO of Raimondi, added that the launch reinforces the Group’s technical and industrial expansion following the acquisition of Terex’s lifting segments.

The TRT 55US will be showcased at Stand F18012 in the outdoor exhibition area, as Raimondi presents its consolidated lifting portfolio for the first time at the event."
