TIL Limited Returns to bauma CONEXPO After 8 Years

TIL Limited, a cornerstone in India’s material handling and infrastructure equipment manufacturing sector, made a triumphant return to Bauma ConExpo India 2024 under the Gainwell Group banner, marking a significant milestone in its transformation journey. The company's participation at Asia's premier construction equipment exhibition, held from December 11-14, 2024, at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, showcased its revitalised market presence and successful integration of global partnerships with local manufacturing excellence.

At its expansive 800-square-meter display area (Stall No. OG-55), TIL displayed a comprehensive range of equipment, including the newly launched Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, the updated Hyster TIL ReachStacker, and the N80A - a specialised article handling equipment used widely by India's Defence Forces (now available for retail customers). The four-day event witnessed exceptional engagement, with TIL's stall recording over 2,500 visitors, including key decision-makers from the infrastructure, construction, and port sectors. The exhibition comes close on the heels of TIL's quarterly report which showed robust financial performance, with a healthy orderbook of ?214 Cr and impressive 45.8% EBITDA growth in Q2FY25, demonstrating the company's successful transformation under new leadership.

The centerpiece of TIL's exhibition was the Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, marking the company's strategic entry into India's aerial work platform segment. The machine features impressive specifications including a working height of 20.8m, zero tail swing design, and the largest platform in its class, accommodating two operators with tools.

The N80 Articulating Crane, another highlight of TIL's display, showcased its safe and swift handling capabilities with an 8-ton lifting capacity and 20-meter maximum reach. The crane features a state-of-the-art Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system, precision controls, and a compact mounting design that makes it ideal for urban construction sites. Its advanced articulation system enables operation in confined spaces, while the integrated safety features like overload protection and stability control system garnered significant attention from visitors.

The Hyster-TIL RS46-33 ReachStacker demonstrated TIL's expertise in port handling solutions, featuring a lifting capacity of 46 tons and advanced container handling capabilities. The machine's newly designed ergonomic cabin offers 360-degree visibility and includes an intelligent monitoring system that provides real-time performance data. The ReachStacker's innovative ECO-mode operation, resulting in up to 15% fuel savings, particularly resonated with port operators and logistics companies looking for sustainable solutions.

Commenting on the success, Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman & Managing Director, TIL Limited said, “Our return to Bauma ConExpo India marks a defining moment in TIL's transformation journey. We believe our customers are the real heroes of India’s material handling industry. Their overwhelmingly positive response to our comprehensive product display, including the newly launched Snorkel A62JRT, Hyster-TIL RS46 ReachStacker with its new cabin and N80 Crane in retail guise, validates our strategic direction and commitment to excellence. This exhibition has demonstrated that TIL products are appreciated by customers who focus on quality and are actively shaping India's infrastructure growth story.”

Alok Tripathi, President, TIL Limited added, “Bauma ConExpo India 2024 has provided an excellent platform to showcase TIL's technological advancement and comprehensive product range. Our focus on integrating IoT capabilities and AI-driven analytics in our machinery, combined with our strong after-sales network, positions us uniquely in the market. The introduction of the updated Hyster TIL ReachStacker and our specialised defence equipment demonstrates our versatility and manufacturing excellence. As we witness rapid evolution in construction technology, TIL is well-positioned to lead the industry's digital transformation while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.”

TIL's exhibition also spotlighted its plan for technological advancement by integrating IoT capabilities and AI-driven analytics in its machinery. The updated Hyster TIL ReachStacker, designed and manufactured in India for global markets, features enhanced operator visibility and safety features, demonstrating TIL's focus on combining global expertise with local manufacturing excellence.
