315Work Avenue leases 56,000 sq ft office space in Pune

315Work Avenue, a coworking space provider, has leased 56,000 sq ft office space at International Tech Park Pune (ITPP), Kharadi, Pune.

Earlier, the company had leased 44,000 sq ft at ITPP. ITPP is a Grade A, 2.5 million sq ft tech Park, developed by Ascendas-Singbridge. Now, it has six centres spread around 0.6 million sq ft in Pune having around 12,000 seats.

The company currently handles a portfolio around 2.5 million sq ft space totalling around 50,000 seats across in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. It is looking to spread its geographical footprint in New Delhi & NCR and Hyderabad.
