Disha Directs luxury villa project ready in Lonavala

In Lonavala, Disha Direct's luxury villa project, Purple Seasons is ready to move in. It is spread over six acres of land with one acre of lush landscaping. The 79 villas on offer are available in three bedroom, five bedroom and seven bedroom variations and cost Rs 2.14 crore onwards. The floor plan integrates indoor and outdoor spaces and the villas have been designed keeping in mind the lifestyle needs of today’s modern buyers, said Santosh Naik Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Disha Direct.

The developer is providing furnished villas that include furniture for the living and dining areas as well as the bedrooms. While the living room has a flat screen TV, the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioners. The kitchen comes equipped with a hob, electric chimney, refrigerator and microwave.

The bathrooms have an enclosed glass shower area, bathtub with Jacuzzi. The verandah and terrace areas are semi-covered to allow residents to experience nature, the company claimed in a statement. Further, the project comprises a 32,000 sq ft clubhouse which extends facilities such as a gymnasium, spa, indoor games, cafe, vegetarian restaurant and a recreational hall.
