Godrej BKC launched

Godrej Properties Ltd recently announced the launch of its landmark commercial development, Godrej BKC. Occupying a corner plot in the middle of the Bandra-Kurla Complex, at 1.3 mn sq ft, the project is expected to be completed in 2015. A 50:50 partnership between Godrej Properties and Jet Airways, of a total saleable area of 1.3 mn sq ft, 161,460 sq ft of carpet area will be used by Jet Airways for their new headquarters.
